What we collect

When you book a call, our scheduling tool (Calendly) collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email, phone number and anything you tell us about your business.

Like every website, our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse. Photos on this site load from Unsplash’s image service, which receives the same kind of technical request data.

How we use it

• To reply to you and set up the call or information you asked for.
• To prepare for that call, for example by looking up your business on Google.
• To keep the site secure and working.

We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask to be on one.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the business: our hosting provider, the scheduling tool that books your call, and the software we use to manage client work. Each only receives what it needs to do that job.

Cookies

This site does not set advertising cookies. The booking page embeds Calendly, which may set its own cookies to run the scheduler; see Calendly’s privacy policy for details. If we add analytics, we will update this page to say which cookies and why.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to talk with you and for our business records, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@homeseopros.com and we will take care of it.

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
