Here’s exactly what happens after you book
Gary lays out the recommended work and the cost before anything starts. Later, monthly updates show where the team spent its time, how the campaign is doing, and what deserves another look.
Four stops, no surprises
1Free call with Gary
You bring the questions; Gary brings an outside view. He listens to how work comes in today, shares what he spots in your local market, and helps you decide whether to go further.
- Where you show up today on Google, the map and AI answers
- What nearby competitors are doing differently
- Which channels may be worth prioritizing for your budget
- Whether working together makes sense for your business
2Discovery and strategy
The team reviews your website, Google Business Profile, and nearby competitors. You’ll then see where to focus and how progress will be measured.
- Your site, Google profile, reviews, and any ad accounts, measured before we touch them
- Your competitors, town by town across your service area
- Benchmarks and goals you can review each month

3A clear proposal
You’ll get a proposal listing the work, the monthly fee, and what happens next. Review it before making a decision.
- The work, in the order it gets done
- The monthly fee, and what is and is not included
- Who owns what. You own your site, profile, ad accounts, and data.
4Monthly work and results
Each month, the team completes planned work and reviews the results with you. You’ll see what’s finished, what changed, and what comes next.
- Complete the planned updates to pages, profiles, content, links, and ads
- Report calls, leads, rankings, and spend in plain English
- Walk you through what changed and what comes next
- Adjust for the season, new services, or new areas
The first few months
Before the bigger projects get underway, the team checks what’s already working and what needs fixing.
Audit
Some problems hide in plain sight. A review of your site, Business Profile, ads, listings, reviews, and local competition sets a starting point for later reports.
Tracking
If the phone rings, you should know what brought the caller in. Call tracking and analytics help connect inquiries from forms and calls with the channels behind them.
Quick wins
Not every fix needs a big project. The team may start with a broken page, a slow site, missing service details, unfinished profiles, or irrelevant ad searches.
The build
Next come the service and city pages, Business Profile updates, review process, and content plan. The team prioritizes them around your business’s needs.
Process questions
What happens on the first call?
Expect a live look at your visibility in Google Search, Maps, and AI answers. Gary points out anything he thinks deserves attention and explains why. You’ll have time to question his take before making decisions.
How much of my time does this take?
There’s a kickoff conversation and a short check-in each month. If the team needs job photos or a detail about a service, they’ll ask. The day-to-day marketing work stays with them.
What do you need access to?
To investigate properly, the team typically needs your website, Google Business Profile, Analytics, and Search Console. Ads running too? Access to those accounts may be needed. You remain the owner of everything.
